Returns & Exchanges
- We accept return or exchange requests only if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting support@adrstasilkstudio.com or calling +91 99409 02577.
- Once your return/exchange is approved, you must ship the product to the address provided by our support team. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your exchange or issue store credit as applicable.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotion, or customized/personalized items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Please ensure your order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
- ADRSTA Silk Studio reserves the right to cancel an order due to errors on the site, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is cancelled from our end, any payment collected will be refunded to your original payment method.

- Products purchased during sales or with promotional discounts
- Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition
